Over 35 years as a World Powerboat Champion, Shelley has pioneered the sport as both a driver and award-winning team manager, leading international teams to World Championships and Guinness World Records
A successful entrepreneur and international broadcaster, she is renowned for her expert team leadership and exceptional event delivery. Her vibrant personality and a deep passion for sharing her remarkable career and love of the water with others is infectious.
Shelley also proudly represents Trinity House as a Younger Brother.

DON SHAW - COO
With over 40 years of military experience and a master’s degree in Leadership and Management, Don has been fully accountable for overseeing and coordinating all warship personnel during operations. Recognised as a strong leader, coach and mentor, he has also been involved in elite sports, including managing Harlequins FC and serving as Safety Manager for the RN Field Gun competition, as well as Safety and Incident Manager for a Guinness World Record event. An enthusiastic petrolhead, he maintains a strong passion for both four- and two-wheeled vehicles.
